Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to your data when you use vidmate-official.pk (“the site”, “we”). We try to collect as little as possible.
What we process
Links you paste. When you press Download, the link is sent to our server so it can find the video. We keep the link and the list of available files in memory for up to 10 minutes, so the download buttons work and repeated requests for the same video are fast. After that it is deleted. We do not build a history of what you download.
The video files. Files are streamed from the platform through our server directly to your browser. They are not written to disk and are not kept.
Technical data. Like every web server, ours receives your IP address, browser type and the time of each request. We use the IP address only to limit abuse (for example, more than a dozen lookups per minute from one address) and keep server logs for a maximum of 14 days for security and troubleshooting.
Cloudflare. The site is served through Cloudflare, which protects it against attacks. Cloudflare processes connection data under its own privacy policy.
What we do not collect
- No account, no sign-up, no passwords.
- No access to your social media accounts.
- No sale of personal data to anyone.
Cookies
The site itself does not set tracking cookies. If we add analytics or advertising in the future, this policy will be updated first, and where the law requires it you will be asked for consent.
Third-party links
Guide pages link to platforms such as YouTube, TikTok or Instagram, which we do not control. Their own policies apply once you leave our site.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly process their data.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you (in practice, only short-lived server logs) and ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected].

We will update the date at the top of this page when the policy changes.
