DMCA and Copyright Policy
Last updated:
We respect the rights of creators. The site does not host videos: files are fetched from the original platform when a user requests them and are not stored. Even so, we act on valid copyright notices.
If you own a video
The most effective step is usually to report the original post to the platform it is on (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and so on). Once the platform removes it, it can no longer be downloaded here either.
You can also ask us to block a specific post from being processed by our downloader. Send a notice to [email protected] that includes:
- Your name and contact details (email and, if possible, phone number).
- A description of the copyrighted work.
- The exact link(s) of the post(s) on the platform you want blocked.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We confirm receipt within 3 working days. If the notice is complete, we add the listed links to a block list so the downloader refuses them, and we tell you when that is done.
Counter-notices
If you believe a link was blocked by mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, the blocked link, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the block was a mistake. We may restore access after 10 working days unless the original complainant tells us they have started legal action.
Repeat infringement
We may block users or addresses that repeatedly use the service to infringe copyright.
