VidMate Official PK is a small independent project based in Pakistan. We build a web version of the “download any video” idea that made the VidMate Android app popular, so that people on iPhones, laptops and low-storage phones can save clips without installing anything.
What we do
- Run a web downloader for public videos from TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X, Likee, Pinterest, Snapchat Spotlight, Dailymotion, Twitch clips, SoundCloud, LinkedIn and Bluesky.
- Keep a page where you can install VidMate as an app on any device.
- Write practical guides about video formats, codecs and common download problems.
What we do not do
- We are not the developer of the VidMate app and are not connected to it, to YouTube, TikTok, Meta or any other platform named on this site. The name describes the kind of tool, not an official relationship.
- We do not store the videos you download. Files stream through our server and are not saved.
- We do not ask for passwords or access to your social media accounts.
- We do not help with private, paid or copy-protected content.
How we keep it working
Social platforms change their pages often. We test every supported platform with real links, update the download engine regularly and remove platforms from the list if they stop working reliably, rather than leaving broken pages up.
